[Announcement] Prajna Island
Rise of the Archons will go offline at 9:00 BST on Monday morning May 1st. The server will be back online by 10:00 BST
While little is known about Prajna Island, a few of the locals on the island have shared some vital information!
- Rare species of elephants and tigers lurk in the province which is also home to wild growing watermelon vines
- The mining caves were overrun with unpleasant creatures hundreds of years ago after mining there uncovered mutagenic materials
- One of the caves is ruled by a Lord capable of conjuring bones into beings
- The Minotaurus King and his guards take no prisoners
- A ferry to the island often runs from Border Town for those that can afford it

[Update] Wednesday 26th April
Today’s update is more of a assessment on the monster lag than anything exciting. A few procedures have been cleaned up and some statistical functions added to see where we might be able to make things run more smoothly.
There are a few updates that made their way into today’s reboot:
- Fixed Punish not always hitting at distance
- Decimate only uses 1 poison per successful swing
- Fixed MorgulBlade consuming poison
- Updated shop stock on Frozen Ground
- Other various clean ups

Been working hard over the weekend for this one. Hope to tackle a few of the major issues as well as some of the finer ones.
General Updates:
- Added Sabuk secret passage and Zombies!!! Ahh!!
- Added “Skill Reset Scroll” quest (Lest we Reset) and in Game Shop (there will be more quests for this scroll at various higher levels)

- Decimate runs with Morgul Blade and consumes poison bags
- Added Blood Bond at level 27

- Added more gains to skeleton DC on skill progression
Monk:
- Lowered the level of Holy Shock from 36 to 15
- Added Diamond Skin at level 35

- Increase gains on Divine skill for all round more damage
- Increased target success rate of Holy Fire and Holy Shock

Congratulations on the two level 35 players.
- Ice Barrage will no longer push players
- Blunt Shot will no longer push players
- Blunt shot has a increased push range (1-3 yards) to maximum of 8 yards away from monster
- Hunter summon orb delay fixed once and for all (maybe)
- Updated BluntShot, LegShot and SplinterShot tooltips

- Frozen Ground will no longer cast onto areas you cannot walk

- Random Teleport disabled in Wooma Temple Kings Room
- Half gains for PK points per kill

Tomorrow we will finally add the skill reset system! There will be a quest to allow you to reset points for free, with more quests coming later on at certain points in the game. A scroll will also be added to the Game Shop. Again sorry for the delay, I know many people need this due to our changes to skills.

Updates:
- Skills 31+ have been removed from shop and put into drops
- Armours 33+ have been removed from shop and put into drops
- Soul Amulet damage increased
- Burning Amulet damage increased, fire burn duration doubled
- Contain skill is wider, has a new stat “level to contain” and can only be used once
- Rounding correction on skills such as E-Shock so that level 10 is required for 5 pets
- Fixed missing Fallen Hero Achievement
- Fixed Blunt Shot level up requirement
- Undead Soldier removed cooldown
- Summon Shinsu removed cooldown

Please remember you need to patch the game to receive some of these benefits. If you have not patched then it is more likely that you are missing out, rather than gaining anything.

[Update] Sunday 16th April
New Level Caps:
- Hard level cap at 32 (at level 32 you will no longer be able to receive exp from monsters)
- Soft level cap at 29 (at level 30 you will receive 50% exp and at level 31 you will receive 25% exp)
The level cap will be raised on the day that more than 30 players have reached the soft level cap, or on the 21st April (whichever comes first).
If you reach the cap, we would like players to be positive and try to explore the game. Maybe help out a new player or start another
yourself (50% experience bonus for your second character). We like to read your constructive criticism on the forums so you are
invited to post and highlight things you like or do not like.
Today’s update (10:30 BST until 11:00 BST):
- Variable spawn rates increased for all dungeons
- Slightly reduced group exp share proportions for larger groups
- No longer kicked from group on death
- Increased resting exp to reflect the increased level cap
- Fixed price on HealthBundle(M) bundle
- Stormcallers may only tame 1 blue aura pet
- Fixed issue with Guild NPCs not letting you join
- Pyromancer and Stormcaller HP increased by 33%
We appreciate that this is a very different game to other servers, and that the metrics do not match up to your expectations, that
however, does not mean they are wrong (or even right). Things have been set up to satisfy the grand design, which is going to unfold
over the course of the game being online. Such includes, another 20 or so skills for each character class. The skills are coded
mostly ready for the game, just not yet assigned to a level. With your input, we can fill in the gaps of character balance with these
skills
Quests. We did not anticipate the level of interest there would be in quests. We also thought that the 50 or so quest available would
be enough to keep you entertained. Clearly this was a mistake. You are loving the quests, and there is no where near enough! We are
working hard to implement many, many, more quests, however, since it takes around 1-2 hours to write and test each one, this is going
to be an ongoing project.
We plan on releasing updates daily for at least the next month to stay on top of issues. Reboots are likely to happen in the early mornings.
